Career Compass does not make recruitment, academic, or placement decisions on behalf of participating organisations.
7. Internship and Recruitment Disclaimer
Career Compass facilitates communication between:
- Students
- Universities
- Employers
- Placement coordinators
The Platform does not guarantee:
- Internship placements
- Employment offers
- Graduate positions
- University admission
- Candidate selection
- Recruitment outcomes
Final decisions remain the responsibility of participating employers and educational institutions.
8. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Upload malicious software.
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Interfere with platform security.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Harass or abuse other users.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, designs, logos, platform functionality, documentation, and intellectual property associated with Career Compass remain the property of Digital Nomad Corporation Pty Ltd or its licensors.
Nothing within these Terms transfers ownership to users.

Your use of Career Compass is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Compass shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of employment opportunities
- Data loss resulting from user actions
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Decisions made by universities, employers, or students
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts where:
- These Terms are violated.
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- Platform security is compromised.
- Legal obligations require us to do so.
Users may request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
